The Milo event is being supported by the Misamis Oriental Integrated Sports Council (MOISC), which is chaired by Governor Oscar S. Moreno.

Like in 2009, this year's enrollees are required to pay a minimal registration that ranges from P400 to 1,000.

Llamera said that 50 percent of the entry fees will serve as honoraria for the veteran trainers, while the rest will go to rental of venues, majority of which are located at Pelaez Sports Center.

Upon signing up for the event, each enrollee would get an official training shirt and ID. During the commencement of the graduates, they will get their training certificates. Top performers of the training will receive trophies and medals.
